We're seeking a driven and compassionate B2B Partnerships Specialist to join our team. In this sales position, you'll be responsible for building strategic partnerships with businesses and offering our top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to support their employees' well-being. This is a role where you'll be out in the community, not tied to a desk, making meaningful connections and providing excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and develop relationships with potential B2B partners, understanding their needs and challenges.
- Present our industry-leading supplemental insurance offerings, emphasizing the value they provide to individuals and families.
- Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring they receive the support and assistance they need.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of solutions.
- Take ownership of your career and destiny, balancing teamwork and autonomy to achieve success.

**Qualifications:**
- Grit, determination, and excellent communication skills are a must.

- Ability to thrive in an in-person, community-based sales environment.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.

**We offer:**

• $70,000 - $125,000+ first year potential and $120-160k within 3 years

• A clear path for quick advancement within your control (within your first 3 months), not based on politics

• Cash Bonuses ($250 - $3,000 per month)
