Job Description

We are hiring a Telebelt Operator to join our team. The Telebelt Operator's duties include driving a Telebelt to its job site location, setting up equipment at each construction job site, directing the boom to control concrete output, and maintaining the machinery.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and acknowledge assigned jobs from dispatch.
- Manage time to allow for arrival and setup.
- Contact contractors for ETA and logistics as needed.
- Service, grease, and clean assigned equipment.
- Communicate repair needs to the parts manager.
- Interact with dispatch and fellow operators with respect and a team mindset.
- Be flexible with changes in schedule to meet customers’ needs.
- Always Operate with the “Circle” in mind in order to obtain the best outcome for the team and customers.

Requirements:
The position requires six (6) months experience of operating a commercial vehicle/large equipment or related experience. The position requires a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL), the ability to speak English, the ability to read and write in English and the ability to lift and carry seventy-five (75) lbs. for a distance of seventy-five (75 yards). The Company reserves the right to perform pre-employment drug testing and background checks as well as random drug testing. The Company requires this level of experience and abilities because of the equipment the worker will be required to use. Without this experience and abilities, the worker could be a danger to themselves or other workers.

The pay is TBD. Overtime is required. The average work week is 55 to 65 hours. The work week consists of Monday through Friday and Saturday as needed. Start times and end times vary each day.
