Job DescriptionCompany Description
This position will be responsible for reception duties including phones, payments, balancing department reports, statement processing, along with other duties and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Word/Excel
Cash handling
Customer Service (in person and on phone)
Accounting/Accounts Payable/Bookkeeping background preferred
Knowledge of Sales/Use tax and other taxes helpful
Must be accurate and efficient
Must be able to follow procedures/directions
Must be able to multi-task
Must know how to prioritize workload
Must be flexible
HOURS:
40 Hours per week
M-F – 7:30am to 4:00pm
SALARY:
$17-$19 per hour
