OneSparQ is looking for a Sr Operations Financial Analyst. This position is located in Fulton, IL.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Production Controller, Cost Analyst, or similar role in the Manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Experience reporting and forecasting for production
Additional Skills:
- Understanding of SAP
- Masters Degree or Professional Certification (CPA or CFA)
Job Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis to support operations by preparing financial models and forecasts while evaluating KPIs to assess financial health
- Analyze and monitor manufacturing costs, identifying areas for cost optimization or efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with the Operations Team
- Track and report on budget variances
- Provide financial insights to support continuous improvement
- Generate daily/weekly financial reports, highlighting key performance metrics
- Develop and maintain standard costs for all products
