Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Interact with Commercial organization on various program timelines and deliverables- surveys, tracking details, scheduling and coordinating movements of assets that are managed by the department.
• Balances competing priorities of sales, marketing, and third party vendors, serving as a communication liaison and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Responsible in the shipping/receiving and intake processing of internal assets supporting Commercial initiatives on behalf of company's Sales Operations Programs team.
• Troubleshoot and test equipment to ensure functionality prior to supporting Commercial events.
• Organize and manage warehouse and program inventory (systems, instrumentation, accessories).
• Operate and maintain material handling equipment (i.e. label machine, pallet jack).
• Assist with Sales Operations Programs annual maintenance/system upgrades.

• Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional Customer Service.
• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Due to the nature of the job the candidate should be able to lift 80 pounds with assistance.
• Minimal travel may be required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior logistics experience a plus.
• Drivers license required.
• Bachelors degree.
