Bilingual CSR (Chinese and English) with Forklift experience

Istaffing is hiring a warehouse CSR for the city of Ontario! MUST BE BILINGUAL IN CHINESE AND ENGLISH!!! EXPERIENCE WITH THE SIT DOWN FORKLIFT.

1st shift

Monday - Friday

8:30AM - 5:30PM

Pay: $23 - $26 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Daily receiving coordination. Confirm the accuracy and condition of incoming goods, and ensure that they are stored in the proper location
• Manage inventory and control FIFO to minimize loss and maximize accuracy in stock level through regular stock count
• Monitor daily shipping processes. Plan and arrange the work content for the next day, next week or next month.
• Maintain and develop positive business partnerships and efficient communication with suppliers and logistic service providers
• Train new warehouse workers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Implement and maintain the standard operating procedures for warehouse processes
• Provide daily work inventory report and regular reports of warehousing activities including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure efficiency and timeliness

Requirements:

• Experience of warehouse management is a plus
• ECCANG WMS system experience is a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft Office / WPS
• License to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff with leadership. Strong responsibility and logical thinking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility to allocation resources
• Knowledge of warehousing safety and regulations
• Bilingual in Chinese and English, both written and verbal
• Certified on the sit down forklift
