Position Summary:
The Operations and Marketing Director at Ferla Bikes will oversee all operational and marketing activities, ensuring that our company operates efficiently and our products are marketed effectively to our target audience. This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing our operational processes, developing and executing marketing strategies, and leading our team to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Manage supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with the product development team to streamline production processes.
- Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, public relations, and event marketing.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and brand messages to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Manage the marketing budget and measure ROI on marketing campaigns.
- Lead and develop the marketing team to achieve marketing goals.
- Strategic Planning and Analysis:
- Collaborate with the executive team to set strategic goals and initiatives.
- Monitor operational and marketing performance against objectives and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in operations and marketing, preferably in the e-bike or related industry.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing strategies, and social media platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement operational and marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead a team towards common goals.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability.
