Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Tesla Solar Roof Installer / Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Tesla Solar Roof installer team, serving as a liaison between our office and clients, and overseeing the design and implementation of Tesla Solar Roof projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in installing Tesla Solar Roof systems or similar solar projects, along with exceptional management and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage our Tesla Solar Roof installer team, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact between our office and clients, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the project lifecycle
• Assist in the design and planning of Tesla Solar Roof projects, collaborating with clients to meet their specific needs and requirements
• Sell and manage Tesla products, leveraging leads generated both internally and through Tesla directly
• Conduct site visits and travel as necessary to oversee project progress and ensure quality control
• Generate leads and actively contribute to sales efforts, meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Utilize electrical and solar expertise to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Prior experience installing Tesla Solar Roof systems or similar solar projects
• Strong management and customer service skills
• Willingness to relocate to Rochester, NY
• Ability to travel for site visits and project management
• Self-generating leads experience preferred
• Electrical or solar experience is a plus, master electrician certification highly desirable
