Genesis10 is currently seeking a Pega Developer with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX & Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Design and develop enterprise-level Pega applications Responsible for the deployment of large-scale Pega projects Develop BPM applications, integrate web services, design data models and frameworks, and collate business analysis requirements Meet with business managers to discuss the company's BPM application needs Design and develop Pega BPM applications Perform solution architecture within the Pega PRPC environment Design class structures, application frameworks, and data models Coordinate with the project team to ensure the business architecture matches the needs of the customer Integrate business databases, legacy systems, and web services Troubleshoot application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks Conduct system performance tests Maintain the security of all system applications Requirements: Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science Proven work experience as a Pega developer Advanced knowledge of Pega PRPC 5.x/6.x/7.x Familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, and EJB Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology Knowledge of coding languages including Angular JS, Java, and JQuery Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML Excellent project management skills Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues Advanced knowledge of Pega Class Hierarchy, experience with Java-based applications, and high-level project management skills Understand the needs of the company and design scalable applications to improve process management Desired skills: Analytical Thinking Business Analytics Data and Trend Analysis Fraud Management Problem Solving Collaboration Innovative Thinking Monitoring, Surveillance, and Testing Presentation Skills Risk Management Data Visualization Interpret Relevant Laws, Rules, and Regulations Issue Management Oral Communications Written Communications Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
