As a Talent Management Partner, you will own, drive, and deliver performance management and career progression programs. You will lead and manage scalable and straightforward approaches with measurable impact, to address the needs of our high-growth, global organization. What You'll Do Lead and execute ongoing talent management strategies, including performance management, career paving, and development planning. Own the complete performance management life cycle, including goal setting, continuous feedback, midyear, and the annual performance review. Design and implement training for managers and employees, develop communication, and coach/guide leaders and Talent Advisory Partners to build a performance culture. Partner with people analytics and technology teams to enhance talent management systems, tools, and dashboards to support our managers and employees Partner with People Business Partners, and business leaders to develop, refine, and implement career pathways for various roles within the organization Design and implement frameworks to provide visibility to career progression paths and skills required for career growth and internal mobility Develop tools, resources, and workshops to support employees in exploring career options, setting goals, and creating actionable development plans Stay informed about industry trends and best practices and integrate new ideas and strategies into existing programs. Who You Are: You are an architect and advisor. A high-energy, self-motivated leader with a global mindset and a willingness to "roll up your sleeves” to support enterprise talent management and development initiatives. What You've Accomplished: 7+ years of talent management experience Experience leading and executing performance management and career paving programs with global organizations, with a track record of program management Exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at engaging and serving as a consultant to all levels of management and leadership. Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) exhibited at all levels within an organization Skilled at translating data and analytics to develop insights, tell stories, drive decisions, and measure impact Keen ability to drive change: to transform, align, and inspire in a fast-paced environment Skills: Additional Notes: No specified minimum education required. SAP Cloud preferred but not necessary. Familiarity with HRIS systems, performance management processes from end to end, change management. Looking for someone who has gone through performance management changes, strategic thinker, familiar with communications and working with executive teams. Technology experience is a plus. Candidates who are familiar with defining career paths for workers, creating tools and resources. Candidates who are quick on their feet, familiar with a global environment and flexibility.
