Maintenance Tech I Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Perform property and equipment maintenance
• Landscaping
• Snow removal and other activities required to effectively maintain properties.

Maintenance Tech I Qualifications:

• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Electrical
• Heating
• Landscaping
• General preparation of vacant units
• General equipment repair

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
