Description:

Front Desk environment - answering phone calls to schedule patients for ortho appointments

• Take incoming calls to the switchboard Clinic while providing excellent customer service
• Channel calls to appropriate staff
• Respond to emergency calls per established procedure
• Adhere to all HIPAA compliance regulations regarding patient confidentiality
• Provide coverage for all others within the receptionist team
• Any and all duties assigned such as schedule appointments for patients with providers per their individual protocols with courtesy and timeliness
