Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

We're just looking for a baby sitter to watch our son and put him down at night so we can do date nights at the most, once every 2 weeks. There may be random daytime needs. My wife is a nurse so her schedule varies every week. Our parents watch him and at times have to cancel on us last minute so we might need back up support during the day, but that is rare. Our son is a relatively very quiet, easy child. He enjoys, walking outside, making art, music and reading. His schedule is he wakes up around 7:30am, takes one nap per day around noon that's usually about an hour or so then he goes to be at 7:30 p.m.
