Metal Racking Associate - 2nd Shift

Our client, a leader in the metal fabrication industry is seeking a heavy lifting racker to join their team.  You will be part of the fabrication team supporting production with racking and un-racking. The ideal candidate will have hand/eye coordination, eye for quality, and  lifting ability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Metal Racking Associate

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $17.00/hour

What’s the Job?

• Lifting metal parts up to 50lbs and placing on specified racks to be coated/treated/cured
• Handling customer products and tooling to avoid damages
• Monitor equipment to ensure performance and calibration
• Visually inspect product for quality
• Proper record keeping

What’s Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis
• Ability to pass a background check
• Great attendance track record and work history
