Looking For A English Tutor In Portland. - Full-time / Part-time

Hello, My son is very far behind in writing, from spelling and basic grammar/punctuation to writing structure (paragraph and paper content). He was recently diagnosed with a medical condition he had for a long time that likely made concentration and learning very difficult (juvenile absence epilepsy). He's now started medication and his concentration has greatly improved so we want to try again with writing tutoring. I estimate he's about 4-5 grade levels behind. Headed into freshman year but likely writes at a 4/5 grade level. Thanks!
