Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Location: Kingston, NY

Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm

Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr

This position will require about 30% of driving!

Description:

• Receiving of incoming shipment including loading and unloading, minor inspection
• Confirm quantity with packing list
• Record items received in SAP
• Place goods in their proper location
• Locate all goods being shipped for each pick list
• Create the delivery in SAP
• Data entry of outgoing UPS shipments into the UPS system
• Help make pallets as needed for shipments
• Operate company box truck to transport products (approximately 30% of the time)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have 2+ Shipping / Receiving experience
• Inventory and knowledge of shipping systems, SAPs or ERPs
• Communication & documentation skills
• Some prior driving experience is a plus
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must be willing to submit to Dg/Bckgrnd Screenings
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
