Part Time Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual for a Part-Time Accounting Clerk position. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a non-profit organization dedicated to mental health outpatient services.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM -12:00P

• Location: Beaumont, Ca

• Pay: $23.00/HR

• Duration: 2 months

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently

• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Assist with reconciliations of financial accounts

• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is preferred

• Experience working with non-profit organizations is a plus
