Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28203Duties: Build scalable responsive web applications using Angular as per the UX designs supporting localization. Build high-performing Services layer using Python, FastAPI, AWS Lambda, SQS, and related. Build serverless applications using AWS cloud native technologies. Collaborate with product teams to understand customer requirements, provide accurate estimates, and adhere to the project deadlines. Build unit tests design, implement, test, and maintain server-side components and web application. Participate in all scrum team activities and work closely with peers to achieve continuous improvement. Participate in grooming and design forums to provide recommendations, incorporate security requirements into design, provide input to information/data flow, and understand and comply with architectural standards in all phases. Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications and identify and troubleshoot application code-related issues. Identify and embrace new technologies to enhance customer experience, improve platform stability, scalability, and availability. Collaborate with global development, QA, DevOps, and Program Management teams to successfully deliver projects. Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field plus 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, Software Architect or related IT position performing software development and designing technical solutions. Must have experience with the following: performing software development and designing technical solutions; architecting, designing, developing, and implementing solutions to support enhancements and bug fixes in existing and new applications; applying knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, REST, design patterns, and software development methodologies, including Agile, and Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment for applications development; working with PL/SQL, Postgres, Python, Angular, AWS EC2, AWS S3, AWS Lambda, GitHub, GitActions, BitBucket, Oracle/SQL Server, Confluence, and Jenkins; working with open source code and frameworks; and using build tools, including Maven and GIT.For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $149,469 to $195,550, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location.
