Join us!What are we looking for?BetterSleep is seeking a Senior Product Manager with experience and passion for building successful consumer products.As part of the Growth team, you will own the product strategy and execution pertaining to subscription types and different pricing models. This is a high impact role, requiring analytical thinking and strong communication skills. To be successful in this role, you must deeply understand the impact of your roadmap on overall business outcomes, as well as demonstrate a strong product sense; thinking creatively, offering out of the box solutions.  You have to be experienced and comfortable navigating ambiguity. Your mission is to make BetterSleep accessible to all users while balancing and  maximizing business outcomes. Responsibilities Product Roadmap and Execution: Develop and execute a product roadmap for pricing strategies that drives user acquisition and conversion while ensuring accessibility for all users. Data-Informed Decision Making: Establish and track KPIs, analyze user behavior behind subscription conversion and retention, and combine user feedback and data insights to inform product decisionsExperimentation: Execute A/B tests to determine which monetization strategy (how much you charge, when you charge, how you charge, how it impacts other geos/currencies, etc.) drives the most user and business value Monetization Strategy: Constantly innovate on subscription models based on market and user needs. You will be working closely with the user acquisition team to align on strategic priorities. Deeply understand the relationship between pricing and key performance metrics like RPU and ROAS.  Innovation and Education: Drive understanding across BetterSleep of how user psychology works and what motivates them to sign up. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus, and extensive benefits.
