Healthcare Scheduling - Hiring Immediately!

Teksystems is currently seeking experienced medical schedulers for a first shift opportunity in Grand Blanc, MI!



Description:

Position will consist of answering the phone to schedule patients to see one of the 11 physicians or 6 PA's or 2 NP's for cardiology tests and consults.

Calls will come in from doctors offices, specialist, PCP's, hospitals etc

Schedule appointments in Athena software

Pull referrals from the system.

Utilize Allscripts

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills

2 years of medical office experience

Allscripts experience (Nice to have)

Experience scheduling medical appointments of any kind

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
