Customer Service Representative - Part-time

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and information on our products and services. You will also be responsible for scheduling estimates with our sales team and following up on internet leads. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude will be key in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding products and services.

- Schedule estimates and follow up on internet leads.

- Perform front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering phones, typically one full day per week.

- Assist billing and other departments with mailings and projects.

- Employ a 'sales' mindset to engage customers who may have concerns or have reached out to the wrong department.

Qualifications:

- 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience.

- Proficiency in multitasking and maintaining a high level of organization.

- Typing speed of at least 35 wpm.

- Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.

- Confidence in handling phone calls and a strong customer service orientation.

- Previous experience in the moving industry preferred.

- Sales experience, especially in a retail environment preferred.
