Experience:

• 24 months of Physical Therapy experience is preferred.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

Shift Information: Monday-Friday - Occasional Weekend

Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy required.

A master degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution, passed the National Physical Therapist Examination (NPTE).

Compliant with state regulatory requirements.

Acute skilled nursing or outpatient settings preferred.

2 to 3 years’ experience as a physical therapist experience preferred

1 reference from last 24 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type)1 reference from last 24 months (Charge/Lead reference type)
