Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of Social Work experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Medical declinations accepted.

Other notes you want travelers to know: This position is for inpatient at the hospital. SWers are responsible for completing Psychosocials, Treatment Plans, Crisis Plans and collaborating with treatment team. SWer also works closely with care coordinators in planning supportive discharge planning.
