Volt is immediately hiring for Mail Clerk in Tucson, AZ

As a Mail Clerk you will:

• Responsible for pick-up and drop-off of mail and packages to post office.
• Sort and deliver mail to employees.
• Prepare outgoing mail, weighing, calculating postage, and posting letters and parcels.
• Oversee Pitney Bowes mail account for all Mitchell locations.
• Pick up and deliver discs to Reel Picture as needed.
• Inventory and order coffee product for San Diego location.
• Inventory and order standard office supplies for San Diego location and ensure mail rooms are organized.
• Complete MiService facility work requests.
• Oversee Facility(s) vehicles (fuel, maintenance, etc.).
• Backup shipping & receiving clerk when needed.
• Assist with special projects as requested by management.
• Other duties as needed.

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Salary: $17 - $18 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
