Job Description

Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team with a school district in Anoka, MN.As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing behavior analysis services to individuals with diverse needs.This is a full-time position with petitive wages and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on data-driven assessments.
Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, making necessary adjustments to ensure effectiveness.
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote consistent and positive behavior support strategies across environments.
Provide staff training and support in the implementation of behavior management techniques and strategies.
Monitor and analyze data to assess progress and make data-based decisions to improve outes.
Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports as required.

Requirements:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges and diverse needs.
Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and methodologies.
Excellent munication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
