Service Manager
Express Employment is on the search for an experienced Service Manager in Grand Rapids, MN who is ready to drive the team to excellence. Are you passionate about power sports and adept at steering service fineness?
Responsibilities:
- Be the Captain Lead and manage daily operations of a dynamic service department.
- Ace customer service by tackling inquiries and turbocharging customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments like a pro.
- Provide guidance and support to the service advisors and skilled technicians.
- Analyze departmental performance metrics to drive optimization strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in small engines service management or related field
- Strong leadership skills to rev up the team's engines
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in automotive or small engine systems, repairs, and maintenance procedures
- Sales Savvy Upselling skills to drive those extra services and products
