Job Details:
- Onsite near Henniker, New Hampshire
- Start ASAP
- # of students / ages of students TBD
- 1 or more school sites (can reimburse for mileage in-between school sites)
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students with behavioral challenges.
Provide one-on-one and group behavioral support and intervention in educational settings.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote positive behavior and academic success.
Collect and analyze data to track student progress and modify interventions as needed.
Assist in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of behavioral interventions.
Qualifications:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus.
A passion for working with students with behavioral challenges.
