We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for visitors and callers.


Responsibilities:


Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and polite manner.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.

Provide information to visitors and callers as needed.

Assist other departments with various tasks as required.

Ensure compliance with security procedures by monitoring visitor access.

Major responsibilities


- Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures


- Aid other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks


- Manage various office files and provide general office filing support


- Put in orders for office and kitchen supplies


- Look after various office files and provide general office filing support


- Managing all incoming phone calls


- Greeting visitors


- Bring a sense of urgency and prioritization skills

- Optimistic, creative, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

- Strong customer service and office administrative skills

- Strong familiarity with customer service

- Computer Data Entry experience preferred

- Answering Inbound Calls experience

- Solid understanding of Receptionist Duties

- Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

- 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems

- Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

- High attention to detail
