Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a full-time basis. The OT will play a vital role in supporting individuals of all ages in developing the skills they need to participate fully in their daily activities and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate individuals' sensory, motor, and cognitive abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' unique needs and goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to clients in various settings, including schools, homes, and community settings.
• Collaborate with clients, families, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support skill development and participation in daily activities.
• Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other team members to promote carryover of skills in different environments.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Montana.
• Experience working with individuals of all ages, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
• Strong clinical skills, with knowledge of evidence-based assessment and intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
