Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Prepare daily cash deposits and maintain the cash control sheet.
• Generate and send invoices based on the AR aging report.
• Apply payments and update the accounts receivable ledger.
• Fulfill customer requests by providing invoice copies.
• Process daily credit card deposits.
• Organize check stubs and bank receipts.

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in accounts receivable.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
