Position Overview:
As our Food & Beverage Manager, you will be a pivotal leader in our organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dining and beverage operations. Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, implementing cost control measures and maximizing revenue opportunities
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest feedback and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Creativity and passion for culinary excellence
Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
