Position Overview:
As our Food & Beverage Manager, you will be a pivotal leader in our organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dining and beverage operations. From managing restaurant staff to developing creative menus and driving revenue growth, you will play a key role in shaping the culinary identity of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of culinary professionals and service staff
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize food and beverage sales and profitability
Create innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and cater to our guests' preferences
Ensure exceptional quality and presentation of food and beverages, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Establish strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and products
Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, implementing cost control measures and maximizing revenue opportunities
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest feedback and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Creativity and passion for culinary excellence
Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
