Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state standards and promote mathematical understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students and ensure all learners are challenged and supported.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
• Assess student progress regularly through a variety of methods and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities.
• municate effectively with students, parents, and administrators to address concerns and celebrate achievements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Valid Idaho teaching certificate with endorsements in Mathematics (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• Previous experience teaching middle school Math preferred, but not required.
• Strong knowledge of middle school Math content and instructional strategies.
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
