School Counselor
ProCare Therapy has been working with a school district in Agate, CO. We are seeking a full-time onsite school Counselor for this current 2023-2024 School year. We are seeking someone who is passionate about enriching students lives and experienced in counseling.
Requirements:

• Masters degree
• State PPS License
• must have a minimum of two years experience providing individual/group counseling services to children

Responsibilities:

• Guide the development and implementation of a school counseling program that focuses on and promotes students success
• Guide the development and implementation of a school counseling program that focuses on and promotes students success
• Prepare schedules for students
• Value and respond to the diversity and individual differences of students
• Ensure equitable access to opportunities and rigorous curriculum for all students
• Provide direct support services through structured conventions
• Evaluate areas of strength and advocate for students
• Provide group or individual responsive services
• Collaborate and consult with other counselors, psychologist, parents, teachers, community organizations, and other stakeholders
• Perform assessments, interpret tests, and study student records
• Gather and analyze data to measure results
