Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
• Repairing and replacing defective parts and components
• Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits
• Conducting equipment installations and upgrades
• Maintaining accurate records of all service visits and repairs
• Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement new service strategies
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, and Field Service
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
