Full-Time Physical Therapist (24/25 School Year)-Parachute, CO
Description: We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team for the 24/25 school year in Parachute, CO. This position will involve working onsite at 2-3 school sites, serving students from Kindergarten to 12th grade with mild to moderate articulation needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Conduct evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility
- Experience working with pediatric population preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel between school sites
