Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a part-time basis at a high school in Connecticut. This position involves providing direct services to students with a range of communication needs, including some students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other communication challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to high school students.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' overall academic and social success.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Connecticut state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with high school students and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other communication disorders is desirable.

Additional Details:

• This is a part-time position, consisting of 2-3 days per week.
• The position is currently in-person; however, remote options may be considered in the future.
