Accounting Manager

As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions, records, and reports of our company. Your primary duties will include maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Roles and responsibilities

• Reporting to the President or the organization
• Leading the finance team
• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure complains with accounting standard and regulations.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to managrment
• Support external audit and tax filings
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes

Education & Professional Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Proven experience as General Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
