Requirements:

• Must be licensed ( LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT)
  
• Master's Degree in related field
  
• 2 years related experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse.
  
• Licensure at the associate or independent level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor required
  
  

Pay Details: $525,000.00 to $57,700.00 per year
