Job Title: Metrology Technician

Job Duties:
- Scanning printed parts using the FARO arm, Creaform scanner, or GOM ScanBox
- Creating PolyWorks inspections projects/reports
- Assisting the Metrology Lab Lead with various inspections and Quality-related tasks
- Assisting with the management and completion of NCRs in Jira
- Assisting with maintaining a clean and organized Metrology Lab
- Work cross-functionally to implement cost reduction, methods and product improvements, and support production activities
- Employee may be required to perform additional job functions beyond the description per Supervisor’s request
Requirements:
- Prefer a BS degree in a STEM subject or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience scanning/probing parts for inspection purposes
- PolyWorks inspection software
- Importing CAD models typically from internal engineers
- Ensuring alignment to the CAD model
- General knowledge of GD&T
- Experience in metrology systems based on industry standards IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 17025, &
- PolyWorks and CAD software
- Must be a US Citizen to comply with ITAR regulations
