In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to provide coaching on investment concepts, financial planning, and platform navigation, while fostering a collaborative environment of idea sharing and strategy implementation. • Build and foster strong relationships with advisor base to drive engagement and loyalty
• Engage current advisors utilizing the Wealth Management platform to increase utilization and assets under management; provide product information, share sales ideas, gather marketing data, offer sales support
• Recruit new advisors to the Wealth Management Platform, expanding the network and enhancing growth opportunities
• Proactively communicate new marketing, branding and sales strategies to advisor base
• Collaborate with Wealth Leadership to develop new marketing opportunities, ideas and strategic plans to enhance and grow division
• Partner with other marketing divisions within Advisors Excel to promote holistic planning, ensuring comprehensive support for advisors and their clients
• Work cross-functionally with operations, compliance, IT, and finance to ensure exceptional support is being delivered across all areas
• Lead a marketing team; ensuring timely, accurate, and value-added service is delivered
• Hire, train and develop new team members as needed, setting clear expectations, monitoring progress and providing regular feedback on performance

• 5 years of direct Industry experience: Broker Dealer, Investment Management or Registered Investment Advisors experience with in-depth knowledge of investment products, financial planning, capital markets and compliance
• 3-5 years of sales experience; showcasing your ability to drive success and build relationships
• FINRA series 65 or 66 licensed
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with all personality types
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional problem determination skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to travel 25-30% of the time as required for advisor visits and various events
