Operations Associate 19-20/HR MN ONLY

• 1 year of customer service experience

Description:

• The Operations Associate is responsible for providing administrative support for the Annuity Insurance Department.
• The duties include answering phones, making journal entries, account processing, and providing payment solutions.
• They will respond to internal and external customers via phone, fax, and email.
• They will be a liaison between customer/financial professionals and institutions including banks, credit unions, and clearing firms.
• They will perform various account calculations, perform research as needed, and provide phone support for the department.

Pay:

$19-20/hr

Shift:

M-F 8AM-5PM.
