We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associates for full and part time positions.In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales by engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. As a SalesAssociate, you will be the face of our store, greeting customers, and assisting them throughout their shopping journey. You will actively listen to their needs, recommend products, and help them make informed purchasing decisions. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and restock merchandise. Responsibilities Build relationships with customers and provide personalized service. Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products. Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. Requirements Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication. and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
