Medical Billing Rep 17/hr MN ONLY

MUST HAVES:

• 1 year of customer service experience

Description:

- The Billing Rep will be responsible for taking inbound calls & making some outbound calls regarding medical bills.

- They will answer general questions about a bill that was received, take payments, or perform research on bill statuses.

- This is NOT a collections position, but they will speak to patients about funds owed and help them resolve accounts.

- They work in multiple systems (can seem overwhelming at first) such as EPIC, Artiva, TCN (phone system), and other Client-based systems.

Pay:

$17/hr

Shift:

Medical Billing Rep (Entry Level)

M-F 8AM-5PM

$17/hr + incentives (up to an additional $3/hr)

Remote work possible after training
