As a Warranty Service Specialist, you will be providing the best customer experience possible by resolving warranty issues. Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills are a must! Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with furniture and mattress warranty issues.
  • Handle all incoming and outbound emails and phone calls promptly.
  • Effectively communicate policies and procedures and collaborate with the team to achieve the best customer resolutions.
  • Maintain and track individual and team goals.
  • Utilize computer applications to accurately document claim information.
  • Effectively manage various forms of communications between customers, staff, and vendors.
  • Receive payments, perform data entry, filing, and other general office duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • At least 2 years of previous experience in a clerical position (Required)
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, scheduling, and time management skills.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines, and filing cabinets.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm.

Physical Demands:

This position frequently requires standing, walking, and the ability to occasionally lift 20 pounds with ease.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday from 10:15am to 6:15pm
  • Must be willing to work President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve
