Production Worker - Full-time / Part-time

Express Employment Professionals in Everett is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented Production Worker to join our clients team in Arlington. This is a Full-Time opportunity from 6:00am to 2:30pm with a par range of $18 - $20 per hour. This company specializes in the production of swimming pool bulkheads. The production environment fosters teamwork, ongoing training, and a commitment to safety.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Overtime may be required)

Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute the various operations involved in bulkhead production.
• Contribute to a team responsible for over 100 operations on each bulkhead.
• Provide valuable input to continuously improve our safety program.

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn to use standard power and hand tools such as drills, routers, sanders, skill saws, scrapers, and grinders.
• Comfort working with fiberglass materials in a potentially dusty environment while adhering to strict PPE guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain our high product quality standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in power and hand tools.
• Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience or exposure is highly desirable.
• Physical resilience for standing, squatting, reaching, and carrying out tasks.

Additional Requirements:

• Successful completion of a Federal Drug Screening.
• Clear background check with no felony or misdemeanor convictions involving violence.
