Job Position: Project PO and Cloud Credit Associate
Duration: 22-Apr-2024 - 31-Jul-2024 (Contract with Possibility of extension).
Pay Rate: $27.00/hr.
Location: Stanford, CA

Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administrator to manage two key components of operations at the Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI) Institute. This person would be responsible for managing the Purchase Orders and the HAI Cloud Credit Program. The HAI Cloud Credit Program involves multiple stakeholders and aims to issue cloud credits from major providers such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, and Google to Researchers, etc. Additionally, the Administrator will be responsible for handling all purchase order requests for HAI and its affiliated Centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of HAI Cloud Credit Program:
 
  • Coordinate the issuance of cloud credits from AWS, Microsoft, and Google to Researchers.
  • Ongoing tracking of credits, reconciliation of expenditure statements, re-budgeting, preparation of financial reports required by the contractors, as well as support and administration of credits.
 
  • Financial Transaction Management:
  • Ensure adherence to companies’ policies and procedures in all financial transactions.
  • Work closely with contractors to create purchase orders and set up suppliers in the payment system, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
 
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders regarding compliance with program guidelines and financial regulations.

Requirements:
 
  • High school diploma and three years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications.
  • Demonstrated success in following through and completing routine tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
