Warehouse/Distribution employees play a critical role in the operations department by controlling our inbound and outbound material flow, from raw material inbound to outbound finished product to our clients.

Essential Duties:

● Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.

● Managing KPIs, including safety, quality, and on-time delivery metrics (POF).

● Understanding and training site on proper inventory management, including all

departments w/in the assigned site.

● Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.

● Tracking and coordinating receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

● Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

● Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary

documentation.

● Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse.

● Coordinating and maintaining material handling equipment.

● Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.

● Site expert on our ERP and warehouse management system.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 4+ years of warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
  • Enforcing safety regulations.
  • 5-S (6-S)
  • Lean principles
  • Continuous improvement projects
  • Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
  • Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
  • Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  • Problem-solving skills.
