Full Time 1st Shift Scheduling Coordinator
KRE Security, LLC is a family-owned Security guard staffing company, and we are looking for a new member to join our Office Team in our Hamburg, PA office. You will be involved in the day-to-day shift placement for our security personnel helping to ensure all client needs are met. The 1st shift Scheduling Coordinator will work Tuesday through Saturday from 6:30a-2:30p. Once trained, the opportunity for working remotely on Saturdays and holidays is an option.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to roll with the unpredictable punches and enjoy fast paced, problem-solving scenarios within a supportive team environment. This person must be able to drive the timely transmission of information, as well as adapt quickly to scheduling changes and coverage needs.
Hours: 6:30am - 2:30pm Tuesday - Saturday

- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance.
- Use phone, email, and text messaging to send personnel to appropriate locations.
- Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.
- Proven experience as a scheduler in a high-volume industry.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Active listener with excellent communication skills.
- Sound judgement and critical thinking.
