Dog Groomer

We are seeking a dog groomer (cat grooming is a plus) to join our team! We are a large, fast paced dog and cat boarding/grooming facility north of Woodinville. We take pride in providing high quality personalized care for all animals at our facility.

Above average commission based pay 50-60% + Tips

Candidates must have between 2-5 years’ experience.

We need eager go getters that will take great care of our clients.

Requirements Include:

· A great attitude!

· MUST LOVE DOGS - We have a lot of them!

· Pet Groomers are responsible for grooming/haircuts and also bathing dogs in our care.

* Technical experience grooming a large number of different breeds.

* Must be comfortable using a data based program to review and record history for each pet and input pricing and detailed notes.

· Ability to work under conditions that require sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing and grasping.

· Strong attention to detail, especially where documentation is concerned.

· Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule

· Ability to take direction well and apply it independently.

· Ability to tolerate being in close contact with various bodily fluids and to get dirty frequently.

· Must be comfortable being around dogs and cats

· Physically able to handle dogs of all sizes and to lift up to a minimum of 60 lbs.

· Conflict Resolution - Ability to handle conflict with tact and diplomacy.

· Good team work and willingness to assist other departments as necessary.

· Cheerful, friendly, positive team-oriented attitude.

· Other duties as assigned.
