Class A drivers (including recent graduates that need training) run regionally, get home weekly for reset (will NOT necessarily be on weekends) with account that is 95% no touch with most drop and hook. All freight is dry van and you will run the western US. This position is ONLY hiring out of ID, WY and UT Experienced drivers can have rider and pet from day one – if you are a trainee you can have rider and pet once you are done with training – you can not have during training. Training is 250-300 Hours behind the week.·         Drivers average 2200-2500 miles per week hauling with pay based on experience and productivity. (Eligible for productivity pay after 6 months) ·         Starting pay is $.55CPM to $.65CPM with $15/Stop·         Trainees are paid $650/week ·         Full benefits that kick in after 60 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO·         Running area is western US with vast majority of the freight being WY, MT, ID, CO, UT, NV, CA, OR and WAFor this position you can live anywhere in ID, UT and WY and drivers take truck home with them during home time. CAN NOT HIRE ANY DRIVERS WHO HAVE EVER FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG TEST REGARDLESS OF HOW LONG IT WASTo qualify you must have a valid Class A CDL:·         From trainees to experienced drivers with their Class A·         Trainees must be willing to run OTR for training period due to lack of trainers on this account.Requirements:·         Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL·         Accidents:o   No DOT Preventable accidents with damage greater than $1750 in the last 2 yearso   No major accident with cost of $2500 in damage or claimso   ANY DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years is an auto·         No more than 2 preventable incidents in the last 2 years (again damage less than $1750)·         Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns·         NO DUI in the last 5 years in commercial vehicle and may never have failed a DOT or refused a drug alcohol
